This is Sarah Coventry's item # 8951 "Taste of Honey" necklace from 1974. This necklace originally had two chains, a 38" French rope and a 40" dapped bar link chain. This is the 38" chain only. It is a 3 mm French rope in gold tone metal and has 1/2" filigree disc links as well as bezel set honey colored resin links that measure ~5/8" and 1" in diameter. The necklace has a spring ring clasp and a hang tag marked SARAH COV. This necklace can be seen on page 95 of "Identifying Sarah Coventry Jewelry 1949-2000" by Sandra Sturdivant and Shirley Crabtree and published by Schiffer Publishing, Ltd. 2012.
